It is possible to be screened and treated for ADHD at Floralund once you are enrolled.
The screening takes place over a period of 6 weeks, during which the resident is assessed around the clock. Medical and cognitive treatment are used, along with specially adapted structure schedules for each resident.
The preparations used in the treatment of ADHD are not considered as abuse at Floralund. However, we are aware of the abuse potential of the medication and residents are therefore closely monitored throughout the process.
We have already gathered a lot of good experience with this target group. Therefore, we recommend that citizens with this type of problem be referred to Floralund for assessment and treatment.
